Right to refuse order
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. Absolute Living reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or
to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
If customer payment has already been received it will immediately be refunded
in full and in the same manner payment was effected. |
Delivery time
Absolute Living generally completes customer orders within one business day. Absolute Living does not guarantee delivery dates as a number of factors outside of Absolute Living's control including possible delay caused by the shipping company. |
Payment terms
Orders are payable in full at the time the order is placed. Absolute Living accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and Paypal. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order shipment. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address
and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card
bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing
your order.

Return policy
We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. Returns can be made within 30 days from receiving the
order. Customers will be refunded their payment amount less shipping charges. All refunds will be

Charge backs
Absolute Living goes to great lengths to ensure excellent product quality,
timely order fulfillment and responsive customer service. The customer agrees
not to charge back or dispute their credit card payment for any reason without
providing Absolute Living appropriate time and opportunity to remedy any
situation the customer may be dissatisfied with. |
Shipping
Absolute Living uses UPS or USPS to ship customer orders.

Damages
Absolute Living guarantees all products to be shipped in good condition
and puts great effort into protective packaging. Should you receive your order damaged we require that
you inform us immediately and provide us with pictures and documentation
of the damage. Absolute Living will then place an insurance claim with
the shipping company for your refund. |
Colors
Absolute Living makes every effort to accurately present the colors
of our products on our website. However, actual colors may vary depending upon the settings and monitor
of your computer. Therefore, Absolute Living cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate..

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Absolute Living shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
product listed at the incorrect price. Absolute Living shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Absolute Living
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount
of the incorrect price. |
