Absolute Living offers Free Ground Shipping for purchases of $100 or more to be shipped within the continental USA.

- The value of your order must total $100 before shipping and tax.
- Offer valid for purchases to be shipped within the continental USA.
Absolute Living's standard shipping methods are United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver: Orders must be placed by 12 noon Central Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day. Next Day Air might not be available in some locations.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday. UPS Delivery Map

General Delivery Times
UPS Ground, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver deliver Monday - Friday.
USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.
Alaska & Hawaii Addresses
Please select USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day Air shipping.
P.O.Box or APO/FPO Address
Please select Priority Mail during checkout. No Expedited Shipping is available.
International Shipping
Absolute Living currently doesn't offer international shipping on our online store. If you are customers outside USA and are interested in placing orders with us, please contact support@absoluteliving.com to arrange for special international shipping. Please contact Customer Service at support@absoluteliving.com if you have more questions regarding shipping.

We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. Returns can be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns & Exchanges
We support all of our products with 100% guarantee.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product.
Please note on the packing slip, the reason you are returning the item(s), which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item(s) is : a) unopened or b)used. We hope to better serve you next time.
Place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product. Shawls/scarves must be in unworn condition.
Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers will be refunded their payment amount less shipping charges. All refunds will be issued in the same manner in which payment was received.
Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
