Juniper Berries have been used since the 16th century in herbal medicines. Their antiseptic, astringent and anti-inflammatory properties make them popular among herbalists. The Essential Oil is well known for it’s strong purifying, strengthening and stimulating properties. Seaweed Extract stimulates and hydrates the skin and improves elasticity. The high content of fucose polymers act as hydrating agents while ursolic acid helps form a protective barrier on the skin. Extracts of Witch Hazel, Horsetail and Seaweed tone the connective tissue. Fluid retention and fat deposits in the connective tissue may be the cause of "orange peel skin" or cellulite.
